  • No idea how to be social, at least I could go be around strangers before covid, but now I can't even do that. I have no friends or anything and my family's abusive. Facebook seems to be the only place I can 'talk' with people and everytime I ask for help it makes people mad. I can't take much more of this, and it won't get better for years even without covid. No idea how to make friends even without covid.

  • If you want to get moving buy a 300 VR headset (oculus quest 2) and play beat saber, 5 songs and I feel like I ran a mile. By the way doctor mike you should do a VR video like the surgeon simulator but in VR.

I mean like I will stay in my room all day and overall not acting right, so we ended up opening our bubble a to a very very close friend of mine and made sure they were wearing masks, and social distancing from other people, and not going out, so ya that really helped me and I’m doing better.

  • It’s summer now and some of us live in very hot states (totally excited for Arizona’s high of 114° this weekend) and aren’t willing to get up at o’dark-hundred for a walk/jog/run. Any thoughts for us in hot states? Because while I’d be willing to go out at sunset, the ground is radiating the heat it absorbed all day and it’s still pretty hot very late into the night.
